About shipping and delivery

We ship and ship to all parts of Saudi Arabia with the exception of some areas that are outside of delivery. Our shipping company connects orders during business hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Sunday to Thursday.

Shipping charges depend on the total quantity of orders, weight and shipping speed specified. Therefore, there is no uniform shipping charge. The best way to see the shipping charges applied to your order is by placing your order. The final page of your purchase shows you the exact shipping cost. An additional amount of SAR 4 per shipment will be charged if you choose to pay using the cash payment method at the time of delivery to your order.

To determine applicable shipping charges for products in your shopping cart:

1. Select Continue shopping.

2. Choose or add your shipping address.

3. Select the shipping speed and choose Continue.

4. Select a payment method.

The total shipping and payment cost will be posted on delivery (if any) within the order summary on the left side of the page
